Experience the amazing 435 acres of Ozark Mountain Forest where adventure is around every corner. Enjoy animal encounters and daily feedings at our petting zoo! Check out the self-guided hiking trails and take a dip in the cool spring-fed creek that’s ideal for swimming and fishing. Get ready for a blast with activities like snorkeling using gear from our gift shop, river tubing with our provided tubes, and fun times like skipping rocks and catching minnows. If you’re in the mood for more excitement, we’ve got plenty of anytime activities including carpetball, ping pong, horseshoes, 9 Square in the air, volleyball, 9 hole disc golf, gaga ball, and basketball. And if you want to amp it up a bit, you can join in on scheduled activities like archery, slingshot, hatchet throwing, paintball, horseback riding, ropes course challenges, leap of faith, cliffhanger swing, obstacle course, and team building exercises for an extra cost.

Slingshot
Channel your inner David and practice your slingshot shooting!

Cliffhanger Swing
Do you have the courage to swing over SOTO? One brave participant will be securely harnessed, lifted to the height of a telephone pole by the group’s pull-team, then released to soar out over the cliff.

Extreme Goat Cave Hike
Enjoy hiking to one of the best views at SOTO! Participants hike out to an old waterfall, climb up and boulder up into a cave. This challenging hike is perfect for anyone looking to push their limits.

Make some unforgettable memories on our obstacle course. Designed for two people at a time to climb, conquer and take on fun challenges together.

Leap of Faith
Take a deep breath, summon your strength, and face your fears head-on as you ascend the pole and make a bold leap of faith.

Team Building Course
Get ready for some epic fun at the Challenge Course where you can tackle six awesome low elements like King’s Finger, Mine Shaft, The Wall, and Weeble Wobble, a great place to practice working together as a team.

Think you can just throw a hatchet and hit the target? Think again. It’s trickier than it looks and will seriously challenge your aim and skills in ways that might surprise you.

Other activities include Sand Volleyball, 9-hole Frisbee Golf Course, Gaga Dodge Ball, 9-square in the Air, Covered Basketball Court, Carpetball, Ping-Pong, Horseshoes, Recreation Fields, and Campfire Pits.
Wildlife and Nature
In this natural setting you’ll see bald eagles, blue heron, mountain goats, raccoons, otter, fox, and many beautiful birds. You’ll hear tree frogs and bull frogs at night, see fireflies and bats (our friends that eat the mosquitoes). In the wilderness sky, you’ll see constellations, stars, planets and orbiting satellites.
Animal Arcade
Lemurs, Llamas, Goats, Pot Belly Pig, Chickens, Ducks, and Miniature Cows are fun to pet, feed and watch.
